Exercise

At the SWARA centre we have multiple activity areas where we practice pool, yoga, basketball, table tennis table, throwing freesbi and other fun ball games. This supports our people to stay active and to gain a greater awareness of their physical wellbeing. Our exercise is for all abilities and whoever does not want to do any sporty activity will either cheer on the others on the sideline or ends up dancing and singing along to the music played during some of our exercises. This is always a lot of fun and it gets everyone in a high vibrational state and a positive mind frame for the rest of the day.
